Beginner

A 45-minute Beginner Reformer Pilates class focused on the fundamentals. Perfect for those new to reformer or anyone wanting to build confidence and learn the basics.

Expect high-repetition, strength-focused movement patterns, with plenty of guidance and modifications offered to suit all fitness levels.

Fundamentals & Mobility

This Fundamentals and Mobility session is perfect for those looking to improve their movement foundation.

Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this low-impact class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. Move at your own pace and build strength and mobility with each session.

Intermediate

A 45-minute Reformer Pilates class designed for those chasing an extra challenge. Perfect for Studio Coast regulars who love strength blocks and pushing muscular endurance.

Regressions and progressions are always available, so you can work at your level while still being challenged.

Strength

A 45-minute Strength class using the reformer and dumbbells to deliver a full-body, strength-based workout — the signature Studio Coast style.

Expect heavier loads, lower reps, and training that pushes you close to failure. We recommend completing 2–3 Intermediate classes prior to attending this class to ensure you get the most out of it.

A 45-minute Pre and Post Natal class which is small, intimate sessions with a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring you receive the personal attention you deserve.

Each class focuses on key areas such as pelvic floor, core strength, and chest openness, and can be semi-tailored to your needs. Bubbas are welcome in prams, bassinets, or carriers.
