Beginner
This 45-minute beginner-friendly Reformer Pilates class is perfect for newcomers. It focuses on teaching foundational movement patterns and understanding the biomechanics of the Reformer machine.
Fundamentals & Mobility
This Fundamentals and Mobility session is perfect for those looking to improve their movement foundation. Whether you're new to fitness or returning after a break, this low-impact class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and body awareness. Move at your own pace and build strength and mobility with each session.
Intermediate
This 45-minute Intermediate Reformer Pilates class is designed to challenge your strength, coordination, and endurance. With a dynamic mix of exercises, each class pushes you to your limits while keeping the energy high and fun.
We recommend attending 3-4 Beginner classes before moving to Intermediate.
Strength
This 45-minute Strength class combines Reformer exercises with floor work to target your power and endurance. Focusing on heavier loads and lower reps, it’s designed to push your limits while maintaining a positive, energizing atmosphere.
We recommend completing 3-4 Beginner classes before attending a strength class.
Our 45-minute Pre and Post Natal classes are small, intimate sessions with a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring you receive the personal attention you deserve.
Each class focuses on key areas such as pelvic floor, core strength, and chest openness, and can be semi-tailored to your needs. Bubbas are welcome in prams, bassinets, or carriers.
